**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our team. We offer training for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn. We have various shifts available and are focused on building a strong team. **Responsibilities** + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing. + Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Perform brake and engine repairs. + Fabricate parts as needed for repairs. + Conduct lubrication and tire maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Diesel engine repair and maintenance + Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems + Experience with heavy equipment + Knowledge of hydraulic systems + Preventive maintenance skills + Brake and engine repair + Diagnostic testing abilities **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude is preferred + Experience with Peterbilt trucks is a plus + Fabrication skills + Experience as a Lube Tech or with grease and tires **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $70720.00 Benefits HSA FSA General Benefit Option: HDHP & PPO Medical; HSA Employer Contribution; 401K Employer Match; Group Life Insurance Quarterly Safety Bonus Tuition Reimbursement **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Rosemount,MN. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Dec 27, 2024. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
