**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintaining and fixing the rental fleet and customer products when they arrive. Majority of work performed will be on bobcats; however, will also work on Diamond Mowers, Kohler Engines, Kawasaki Engines, and Midsota Trailers. Additionally, will service cranes, semi-trucks, and service trucks. Daily tasks include preventative maintenance, warranty repairs, diagnostics, and electrical repairs. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and fix the rental fleet and customer products upon arrival + Perform majority of work on bobcats + Service Diamond Mowers, Kohler Engines, Kawasaki Engines, and Midsota Trailers + Service cranes, semi-trucks, and service trucks + Conduct preventative maintenance + Perform warranty repairs + Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues **Essential Skills** + Experience with Diesel and Small Diesel Engine Mechanics + Troubleshooting skills + Mechanical repair skills + Electrical repair skills + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics + Preventive maintenance experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of mechanical experience + Leadership and training abilities to take on a lead role **Why Work Here?** Family-owned and operated with a flexible schedule.
