Job Title: Technician

Job Description

Work day-to-day with the sales and service team to complete job orders. You will be responsible for installing leaf suspension pieces, which are sturdier than regular coil suspensions, to help level larger trucks and trailers. Other companies such as diesel shops, fire houses, and cities will send their vehicles to have their suspensions redone and leaf suspensions installed. You will use car jacks and overhead cranes to move items around the shop. Additionally, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain the suspension systems of various vehicles.

Work Environment

The facility is an open bay door facility that mirrors the outside temperature. The shop is separate from the sales and service desk. The facility provides many specialty tools needed for the job, but you will need a general tool set as well. Hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers are fundamental for most mechanical tasks. Power tools, including drills, impact wrenches, and grinders, help perform tasks more efficiently and with less manual effort.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
