Mechanic Helper – Pump & Motor Repair

Location: Garden City Park & Field Work
Pay: $18 - $22/hour

What You’ll Do:Assist mechanics with cleaning, painting, testing, and disassembling AC/DC motors & pumps.Help troubleshoot & repair pumps, motors, and fans in-shop and on-site.Use power tools, hand tools, and a multimeter for repairs.Replace & wire electric motors at job sites.What You Need:Mechanical/technical skills & experience with hand/power tools.Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems.Basic PC knowledge & strong communication skills.Valid driver's license (clean for 7 years).Physical Requirements:Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work on ladders/platforms.Exposure to dust, loud noise, and temperature changes.
