**Location:** Fort Payne, Alabama **Job Summary:** Qualified candidates are responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of Facility equipment and buildings/grounds. Candidate will be required to physically maintain all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards. **Responsibilities:** **Key Accountabilities:** + Responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment and warehouse storage racking and related components + Abides by TCP and state regulated safety policies + Notifies Supervisor of any safety concerns or violations + Supports Maintenance Supervisor with routine facility inspections, fire system inspections, light tenant improvement projects, etc. + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers **Education and Requirements:** + Regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus + Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud + Must have the ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and schematics. + Electronic, electrical skills are required, good understanding of mechanical principals needed. + Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and PLC’s. + Minimum 5 years of experience and/or training in maintenance or a related field. + Intermediate PC skills are required
