Inframark is growing! We are hiring for a new team in Ellabel, GA that will be responsible for the treatment of water used in the production process at a new industrial facility. You will operate, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as pumps, generators, electric motors, pneumatic pumps and tools, motor control centers, and control panels involved in the treatment of water.
Duties and responsibilities
Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of troubleDismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective partsExamine form and texture of parts to detect imperfectionsInspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirementsAdjust functional parts of devices and control instrumentsRepair or replace defective partsInstall special functional and structural parts in devicesLubricate and clean partsStart devices to test their performanceInitiate purchase order parts and machinesQualifications
Prefer six months of related experience, high school diploma or GED, or specialized vocational training. Must have a valid state driver’s license and meet minimum driving standards.

This position requires frequent standing, kneeling, bending and climbing. The employee must be able to use hands to operate and manipulate tools and equipment. This position requires very heavy physical exertion including the ability to lift over 50 pounds and exert over 100 pounds of force on a regular basis.
The employee must be willing to work non-standard and overtime hours as required. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and depth perception.
