Your Opportunity:

Reindl Bindery, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Mechanic Technician in Germantown, WI,

Your Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair bindery equipment and other facility machinery.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

You Must Have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electric distribution, or machine controls (technical degree or certificate preferred but not required)

Ability to read and follow instructions from technical documents.

Competency in basic math and the ability to operate machinery and handle equipment

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Requirements Within This Position:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

Frequently required to move inside the facility

Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

Stability in employment with a consistent work history over the past five years.

Previous experience with industrial electric, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting production equipment.
