About the role
Work Location: Batangas – Philippines
The primary role of the Mechanical and Electrical Technician is responsible in the execution of planned and breakdown maintenance activities in their respective shifts.
Ensures condition-based, corrective, and preventive maintenance of equipment, utilities, facilities and auxiliaries are carried out to prevent breakdowns. Implements the preventive maintenance according to correct procedures, frequency, and quality to ensure its effectiveness and efficient delivery meet the KPIs. Resolves and troubleshoot production downtime, and equipment and utility failure. Ensures all process equipment and utilities in support of manufacturing are always available. Ensures that the spare parts inventory and maintenance library is secure, updated and well kept. Perform other tasks and special assignments as requested by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Supervisor
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree: Technology or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or Equivalent 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and understands maintenance and engineering concepts, Plant Reliability. Experience in Food & Beverage industry or Equivalent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and developing practical solutions. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of material planning and reporting.
