We are looking to hire several Mechanical and Piping Insulators to join our self-perform team for ongoing work on Camp Lejeune, NC. All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the Camp Lejeune, NC military base.\n

Our Insulators will be responsible for applying insulating materials or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature. Work involves technical application of mechanical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. \n

Pay: $19.19-24.00 per hour\n

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: \n\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education required for this position. Should be supplemented by completion of a Union, private (in-house), military, or trade school apprenticeship program that includes theory and on-the-job work.\n4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level mechanical piping insulator (an apprenticeship program preferred) in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.\n\n
