**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** You will work on the production floor in a small department assembling air outlets. The main function of the job is assembling the product. For repairs, you will provide parts to a welder to fix. You will be trained in several different areas of the warehouse so that you can assist as needed. Your tasks may include using hand or power tools to assemble additional parts onto air outlets for final assembly and operating drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operations. **Hard Skills** + Ability to read blueprints/schematics + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Experience with drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines **Soft Skills** + Team collaboration + Adaptability + Attention to detail **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. **Work Environment** You will not be working in an assembly line environment. The facility is non-climate controlled and the department has 4 team members. However, you may be asked to perform other job responsibilities throughout the facility.
