Summary: Seeking a Components Technician / Assembler with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling valves and pumps.

Requirements:

Able to pass drug test and background check

Ability to assemble valves and pumps

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience with welding (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Assemble hydraulic power units

Operate hand and power tools, testing fixtures, and other measuring devices

Verify product complies to customer and company specifications

Functionally test power unit

Maintain organization of tools and workstation cleanliness

Perform other duties as assigned including assisting in development of assembly or test instructions, painting product, packaging product, confirming inventory

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to read drawings, prints, schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, customer specifications

Experience in metal fabrication, welding(MIG and TIG), hydraulic pipe-fitting or hydraulic tube bending all a plus.

Understanding of how fluid power works is beneficial.
