**Mechanical Assembler- $21-23/hr**
**Job Description**
Mechanical Assembler needed for day shift 4/10 Schedule: 1st Shift - 5AM-3:30PM Mon-Thur, with availability required on Friday in Santa Ana, CA.
Pay will be $20-$23 an hour based on experience.

The industries served include commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.
Summary:
Prepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set-up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
Responsibilities:
• Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, packages and labels accessory items according to documented instructions.
• Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling.
• Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance.
• Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision.
• May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies.
• Notifies leadership of any shut down situations.
• Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and links subassemblies to final unit.
• Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required.
• All employees are responsible for the quality of their work to ensure the company meets or exceeds customer satisfaction.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operations.
• Use manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision.
**Hard Skills**
+ 1-3 years of mechanical assembly
+ Kitting, packaging, assembly
+ Basic computer skills (logging in)
+ Work instruction/Blueprint/Drawing reading
+ Use of hand tools: screwdriver, torque wrench
**Work Environment**
Mainly sitting, with a mix of standing. The facility is clean and fast-paced. The manufacturing facility is both AS9100 and certified. Will work on military and government projects, some of which are top secret and require top secret clearance & ITAR clearance.
