**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for Electro-Mechanical candidates with experience interpreting blueprints and schematics. You will be involved in full cycle assembly and testing. **Responsibilities** + Hooking up and wiring harnesses, performing basic control panel work and installation, and troubleshooting breaker boxes. + Installing machines and engines into platforms, building platforms using basic hand tools, and following assembly instructions. + Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and torque charts. + Reading Bills of Materials, understanding hardware and sizes, and performing general labor tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Mechanical assembly and electrical wiring experience. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. + Understanding of electrical diagrams, torque charts, and hardware specifications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of assembly experience is ideal, but any kind of mechanical aptitude is valuable. + Experience with electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. + Experience working with engines, whether professionally or as a hobby, is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Once direct, we pay for 80% of your health, dental, and medical insurance, and 78% for all dependents. This state-of-the-art 515,000 sq ft North American headquarters and manufacturing center is located in Olathe, Kansas.
