**Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** + Perform mechanical assembly of transformers, various wiring, and conduit. + Perform repairs on units, parts, and materials. + Retrieve materials from storage for assembly. + Inspect assemblies to ensure they conform to designs. + Keep tools organized and write and submit maintenance work orders. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience with basic hand and power tools. + 2+ years of blueprint reading experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cranes is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** -Union environment with competitive pay above market value. -August raises and enjoy 13 paid holidays from the start. **Work Environment** 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Training will be conducted on 1st shift (7am-3pm) for 3 weeks-6 months.
