**Job Title: 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler in Souderton, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience reading and interpreting blueprints, utilizing power tools for mechanical assembly tasks, and working with various materials including sheet metal. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints + Utilize power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks + Assemble large parts that will be used in industrial furnaces + Consistently meet and exceed deadlines for assigned tasks + Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with power tools and hand tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience in mechanical assembly + Minimum of 1 year experience in a mechanical assembly role or relevant work experience + High School Diploma or equivalent **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to use a tape measure + Experience with sheet metal fabrication + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work efficiently and meet quality standards **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
