**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description:**
+ You will be building large custom water purification systems. These systems are extensive piping apparatuses designed to produce reverse osmosis filtration water for mines, nuclear plants, sports stadiums, and large commercial buildings. Every day will be unique, as this is not a production line but a project-basked shop. Imagine taking a construction crew indoors to an air-conditioned environment, where you'll be working together as a team to build these systems.
**Shift Hours & Pay:**
+ **1st Shift Hours:** 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday through Friday)
+ _There are five openings for this opportunity, so apply ASAP! These positions will fill up quickly._
+ **Pay Range:** $19.00-$21.00/per hour (depends on experience) (paid weekly)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
+ Build and assemble plumbing manifolds using PVC Pipe, stainless steel, copper, and galvanized material.
+ Measure, cut, glue, and polish PVC pipes.
+ Attach brackets and hooks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ **_Required:_**
+ 1-2+ year of experience using a tape measure, with the ability read measurements in both inches and centimeters.
+ 1-2+ year of experience with hand and power tools (e.g., screwdriver, drill, wrench).
+ Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ **_Preferred:_**
+ Fabricating experience is beneficial but not necessary.
+ Plumbing experience is a plus.
+ Experience with PVC Pipe Fitting, is highly preferred.

**Work Environment:**
+ You will be working in a large new production shop with a spacious assembly area, and small wiring and welding areas.
+ The environment is very relaxed, and if you need a day off, just communicate with the team.
**Job Type & Location:**
+ This is a 6-month Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
