Mechanical Assembler | $30-35 | Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $30-$35Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmLocation: East Berlin, CTDirect hire opportunity with career growth and stability Job Description As a Mechanical Assembler, you will utilize blueprints and drawings to build and assemble metal bending machinery.  Responsibilities: Study and understand blueprints, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerancesUtilize equipment including, but not limited to, drill press/hand drill, hand grinder, hand router, rivet equipment, miscellaneous hand tools and torque wrenches to assemble partsVisually and dimensionally check own work prior to submitting to inspectionConfers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problemsResponsible for the accurate recording of all paperwork and labor entries associated with the position Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to write simple correspondence.
