Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob Description

Pay: $20-$24/hr based on experience and shift

1st shift 6:30 AM-3:00 PM - Monday to Friday

2nd shift 3:30 PM-2:00 AM - Monday to Thursday

Perform precision pump assembly and disassembly per bill of materials, cross-sectional drawings, and operation method sheets. Utilize all types of precision measuring equipment and read and interpret blueprints while working in both the English and Metric systems. Fit parts such as casings, casing covers, impellers, seals, and install piping plans to match drawings. Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of pumps, valves, seals, and pump components to ensure integrity of parts prior to final shipment. Use hand tools, air tools, sandblaster, parts washer, die grinders, and hand drills. Follow all work instructions as trained, including but not limited to assembly procedures, routers, supplemental quality inspections, and general workmanship standards. Install piping plans and set seals to match drawings.

One opening is available on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday) and another on 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday).
