1st shift: 6:30AM-2:30PM ($20/HR)

2nd shift: 4:30PM-1:00AM ($22/HR)

Job Overview

You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous production activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints. This role requires mechanical assembly aptitude, a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. This job demands constant attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Use simple material handling equipment, hand tools, and air-impact tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.Perform basic and precision subassemblies at various steps throughout the assembly process.Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using simple gauges and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and resistance meters.Pack finished products into cardboard boxes.Ability to follow standard work including specific written instructions and procedures.Ability to perform basic and precise subassemblies.Proficiency in using air-impact tools and other hand-held tools.Basic math skills.Mechanical inclination.Prior assembly experience.Experience with hand and power tools.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Experience in general labor, construction, and assembly line work.Candidates with electrical or mechanical trade school education may also be considered.

The work environment is air-conditioned manufacturing warehouse.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
