Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading the assembly of components and sub-assemblies of metal parts according to blueprints and job packets. You will plan and perform large and complex assemblies while directing others with minimal supervision. Additional duties include assisting with assigned assembly jobs, performing inspections throughout the process to ensure quality, and reducing scheduled time for the job. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial. You may operate a variety of hand and power tools such as band saws, drill presses, grinders, and belt sanders.Hard SkillsMechanical assemblyBlueprint reading.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.Pay$22-25/hour based off of previous work experience and interview.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a well-lit, clean facility. The dress code is standard casual with jeans and a t-shirt. Steel-toe shoes, as well as ear and eye protection, are required.
