Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAccess appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment.Verify kits, enter Batch lot information, package, and label accessory items according to documented instructions.Use appropriate mats and all required tooling.Check equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance.Follow manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision.Assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies.Notify leadership of any shut down situations.Enter data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit.Enter quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required.Ensure the quality of work to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.Disassemble, repair, and reassemble units in certified repair operations.Use manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision.Essential Skills1-3 years of mechanical assembly experience (electronics preferred).Experience with kitting, packaging, and assembly.Basic computer skills (logging in).Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and drawings.Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsIdeally 3+ years of heavy mechanical assembly and SI repair of large and/or complex systems builds.Good component recognition skills.Understanding of basic computer skills.Effective interpersonal skills.Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.Ability to work overtime as needed.Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50
