Job Description
This position primarily supports Truck and Automotive upfit projects. We are seeking skilled assemblers or candidates with mechanic-level experience.
ResponsibilitiesPerform rework and upfitting on CNH products and work trucks, such as adding accessories and equipment to trucks (e.g., cranes, lights) or upfitting work trucks/vans for companies.Use hand and power tools to remove, repair, and assemble parts.Perform complete rework on equipment.Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.Inspect the quality of assembled parts and components.Kit products and prepare components for installation.Essential SkillsMechanical assembly experienceProficiency with power tools and hand tools2 years of mechanical assembly experience2 years of experience using power tools and hand toolsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in agriculture or farm equipment repairExperience in manufacturingAbility to read and interpret schematicsExperience with overhead cranes and gearboxesWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a manufacturing facility where various components are assembled for different companies. The warehouse occupies half of the building, with items stored on shelves in boxes. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with occasional extended hours until 4:30 or 5:00 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
