GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN NEW SKILLSETS!** **HIRING for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for building HVAC units, both catalog and custom systems. You will work off of shop floor paperwork to build the units, using basic hand tools, riveting sheet metal together, and lifting components with a team of other assemblers. Your expertise and precision will contribute to the successful completion of various projects, ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems. **Responsibilities** + Build HVAC units using basic hand tools and riveting sheet metal together. + Lift components into place with a team of other assemblers. + Process sheets of raw material through machines to produce high-quality flat blank components and prepare loads of components for downstream operations. + Efficiently inject foam resins (isocyanate) in panels and doors and prepare for use in downstream operations. + Operate Punch Press and Foam Press Machines. **Skills/Qualifications:** + Ability to read a tape measure. + At least 6-12 months of experience working in a mechanical position requiring the use of hand tools. + Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a flexible and easy-going work environment with perks such as free Gatorade on hot days. The environment is generally clean, but there is no air conditioning, so it can get hot inside (80 to 85 degrees, depending on the weather outside). The company produces both custom and production HVAC units. The work involves being on your knees, bending over, crouching, and working in various positions while assembling the HVAC units. Shifts available include 1st Shift (Monday-Friday: 6am-2pm), 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday), and 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday: 10PM-6AM). Pay ranges: $22-23/hour **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.01 - $23.51 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
