Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team! In this role, you will play an essential part in assembling high-quality products while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines. You’ll be working with a collaborative team, using hand tools and assembly techniques to ensure precision and quality in every product.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to detailed specifications.Use various hand tools (wrenches, linesets, etc.) to drill, tap, or ream holes.Align components and securely fasten parts with bolts and screws.Assist in testing completed products for quality assurance.Cut, size, and apply insulation as specified.Adhere to all safety and environmental policies in your daily tasks.Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives.Essential Skills:
Previous assembly experience is preferred, though not required.Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques.A willingness to learn and grow, including blueprint reading.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Additional Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $39520.00
EVP:
Sick Time - 7 days (accrual)
Vacation - 10 days (accrual)
1-3 floating holidays depending on the year
