**Job Title: 1st Shift General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift General Production Worker to join our Aerospace division. This role involves manufacturing, testing, and inspecting aluminum heat pipes. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7 am to 4:30 pm, with every other Friday off. **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operator by choosing the correct program and starting the machine. + Oversee the saw operation process to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to meet exact specifications. + Handle aluminum pipes and perform a thorough cleaning process according to exact specifications. + Conduct testing and inspections, including leak testing. + Sit at a sanding station and perform hands-on sanding/polishing duties on each aluminum heat pipe. **Essential Skills** + High level of attention to detail. + Experience in small parts assembly or machining. + Good work tenure with a stable resume. + Good soft skills and cultural fit. + GED or Diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine Shop experience. + Skills in brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and open culture of learning, with a focus on work-life balance.
