Mechanical Assembler
**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** + You will be responsible for taking subassemblies and completely assembling paint robots to be shipped + This includes reading blueprints, using various tools such as wrenches and ratchets, and ensuring everything is perfect before moving to the shipping stage + Good candidates for this role are any person with a mechanically inclined background **Responsibilities** + Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies + Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions + Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts + Conduct quality control checks + Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools + Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials + Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements + Assemble components by ensuring correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies + Verify specifications by measuring completed components + Resolve assembly problems to meet specifications, notifying the supervisor for additional resources as needed + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations + Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results + Document actions by completing production and quality forms **Shifts** Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
