Responsibilities: + Assemble parts using tools and fixtures following work instructions and blueprints. + Load and unload molds in ovens, presses, and autoclaves. + Prepare molds by cleaning, inspecting, and applying release agents. + Operate heat presses and ovens to cure composite materials. + Demold and prepare parts for the next stages of production. + Maintain logs for equipment operation and materials used. + Perform maintenance on tools, molds, and production equipment. + Follow DG safety, quality, and workmanship standards. + Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
