Located just 4 miles from Fort Lauderdale's beaches, Dayton Granger, Inc. designs and manufactures advanced aviation products, including antennas, lightning protection, and electrostatic dischargers, for commercial, general aviation, and military customers. Responsibilities:
+ Assemble parts using tools and fixtures following work instructions and blueprints.
+ Load and unload molds in ovens, presses, and autoclaves.
+ Prepare molds by cleaning, inspecting, and applying release agents.
+ Operate heat presses and ovens to cure composite materials.
+ Demold and prepare parts for the next stages of production.
+ Maintain logs for equipment operation and materials used.
+ Perform maintenance on tools, molds, and production equipment.
+ Follow DG safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
+ Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
+ Experience with hand tools (e.g., drills, riveters, wrenches) is required.
+ Good eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.
+ Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift.
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions in English.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
