**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)** **Pay: $20-21/hr** **Location: Broomfield, CO** This role involves assembling components and sub-assemblies using mechanical and electrical techniques, primarily for air pressurization equipment. Performing various assemblies and basic computer functions. Electrical work involves plug and play. + **Hard Skills** : + Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing environment + Knowledge of hand tools (screwdriver, wrench, socket) + 1+ year of production or assembly experience + Mechanical and electrical assembly skills + **MUST HAVE High School Diploma/GED equivalent** + Mechanical aptitude + Knowledge of brazing and refrigeration + **Soft Skills** : + Ability to follow safety, environmental, and quality policies, procedures, and practices + Capacity to troubleshoot issues with refrigeration components **Job Type** + **Contract-to-Hire** : 6-month duration **Work Site** + **Location** : Fully on-site in Broomfield, Colorado **Work Environment** + **Setting** : Warehouse/Manufacturing environment + **Schedule** : Standing for the entire shift is expected. After a 3-month training period, the schedule is: + Monday to Wednesday: 7 am to 4:30 pm + Thursday: 7 am to 3:30 pm + Friday: 7 am to 12 pm (no lunch) + **Overtime** : Voluntary, involves coming in early or staying late **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
