**Job Description**
Assist with the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels in a high-volume production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Soldering and wiring of components.
+ Work efficiently on an assembly line to meet production targets.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a production-based role for a minimum of 6 months.
+ Proficiency in working with tools and performing mechanical assembly.
+ Dexterity in hands to handle small components such as microchips, PCBs, and SD cards.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with soldering and wiring.

**Shift**
Monday - Friday
7AM - 3:30PM Must be open to 10 hour days working OT weekly will be mandatory as we catch up with production.
Must be open to OT on saturdays as well.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
