Mechanical Assembler (2 open)

Shift- 1st shift- 7:30am-4:00pm (Must be open to working overtime and Saturdays occasionally)

Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour

• Candidate will be building custom machines from start to finish and refurbishing machines

• Candidate will be reading blueprints

• Will be using hand and power tools

• Will also be responsible for building crates and skids for shipping

• Will be trained how to troubleshoot and repair machines that they are building

• Will be using basic math skills- ratios, weights, metric system

• Will be testing machines and troubleshooting any issues

• Will be mounting sensors and pneumatic components in machine

• Will be using cut off saws, bending equipment, drill presses,

• Will keep work area clean and orderly

• Every day will start off with an organizational meeting- lasts 5-20 mins they have to participate in the meeting.

• Candidate has to give inputs/questions/ concerns during the morning meeting to commit to what they can get done each day.

• Will be reading blueprints and schematics and follow work orders to complete the job in the timed fashion that it can be done.

• Candidate will be testing the machines and troubleshooting issues that arise.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
