**Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician** **Job Description:** **We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician** to join our team in high-volume production of **solar panels** and **control panels** . As part of our production line, you will be responsible for **assembling solar panel systems** , **control panels** , and related electronic components. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform **mechanical assembly** of **solar panels** and **control panels** in a high-volume production setting. + Work with **hand tools** , **power tools** , and **soldering equipment** to assemble small electronic components. + Follow **blueprints** , **schematics** , and detailed assembly instructions. + Support the **assembly line** to ensure efficient production of **solar power** systems. + Maintain **quality standards** and ensure all products meet company specifications. **Skills & Qualifications:** + **Mechanical assembly** experience, with a focus on small components such as **PCBs** , **microchips** , and **SD cards** . + Proficiency in using **hand tools** , **power tools** , and **soldering** for **electronic assembly** . + Strong **dexterity** and attention to detail, able to handle small, intricate components. + Ability to read and understand **blueprints** and **schematics** for accurate assembly. + Previous experience in a **production-based role** (minimum of 6 months preferred). + Ability to work efficiently in a **team** setting while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. **Top 3 Skills:** 1. **Experience in a production-based role** (at least 6 months). 2. **Mechanical assembly experience** (with tools, soldering, and small components). 3. **Hand dexterity** for precise assembly of small electronic parts. **Experience Level:** Entry-Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
