**Mechanical Assembler *Weekly Pay - Morning Shift*** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to specifications. The position involves working in sub-assembly with smaller parts, understanding directions from the Engineering group, and resolving issues with cabinet modifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly tasks. + Read and understand drawings and blueprints. + Work in sub-assembly with smaller parts. + Maintain all tools and products needed for cabinet and portables assembly. + Coordinate with the Engineering group on modifications and resolutions for cabinet problems. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to read prints, drawings, and blueprints. + Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills. + Complete knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. + Trade school training in mechanical or electrical assembly would be a plus. **Work Environment** The job is based in a manufacturing environment with both a machine shop and assembly area. The plant is clean and well-maintained, providing a conducive environment for productive work. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
