**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Jobsite Location: Goleta, CA** **Job Description** Assemble flight hardware and solar cells with precision and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Assemble flight hardware and solar cells with high precision. + Work in a clean room environment to ensure product integrity. + Follow detailed schematics and wiring diagrams. + Perform soldering tasks according to specifications. + Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies. + Adhere to production schedules and quality standards. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in the aerospace industry. + Active certifications in IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620. + Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and components. + Ability to work in a clean room environment. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools for mechanical assembly. + Experience with soldering, wiring, and reading schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Knowledge of production assembly processes. + Experience with wire harness assembly. + Skill in working with epoxy. **Work Environment** Work in a clean room environment using advanced technologies and equipment. The facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and efficient workspace. **Pay** $25.00 - $40.00 (Depending on Experience) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
