Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical components and systems according to technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Use hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments, to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of parts.Inspect finished assemblies to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.Perform functional tests and checks to ensure proper operation of assembled components and systems.Identify and resolve assembly issues or discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with engineers and supervisors as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.Document assembly processes and procedures, including any deviations or modifications, for future reference.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of production or construction experience

• Basic hand tools, hands on work

• Tape Measure, Weld/prints/blue prints/autobody/framing carpentry exp. are all good experience in past good employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
