What you will do:
You will assemble electronic parts and components precisely following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. This involves proficiently using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve accurate and efficient assembly results. You apply intermediate skills, seeking general guidance for new assignments under general supervision.You will perform routine tasks with close attention to detail and precision during the assembly process. Your primary responsibility will be to align, secure, and accurately connect components to ensure their optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.You will adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment. Your responsibilities include identifying and addressing potential safety hazards related to the assembly process to ensure a safe and protected workspace for all.You will strive to meet production targets and deadlines as communicated to you, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout your work. You apply established procedures to routine tasks, seeking guidance for new assignments.You will primarily engage in seated work at a workstation, prioritizing cleanliness as essential. Your responsibility includes maintaining a tidy environment to boost efficiency and cultivate a focused, organized approach to all tasks at hand.You will maintain equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functionality.What you will learn:
Learn the advanced techniques and adhere to the rigorous standards of J Standard soldering essential in electronics manufacturing.Develop the ability to interpret blueprints accurately.Gain insights into continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen and 5S, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation within the workplace.Learn to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency, importance, and deadlines.Qualifications You Must Have:
High school diploma or GED with a year of relevant experience. We prefer candidates who have a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn and optimize production methods.We prefer candidates with basic proficiency in blueprint reading or a willingness to develop this skill under guidanceWe prefer candidates who have some basic soldering experience or are enthusiastic about gaining hands-on skills in soldering techniques.ROLE TYPE:
