**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Assemble and adjust parts using end wrenches, power drills, power drives, sander, and other hand tools. Learn to assemble various accessories, components, and options to the apparatus in a proficient manner with no scrap or rework. Drill holes for attachments, use saw to cut materials to specific lengths and/or enlarge holes, apply labels, keep track of parts used on each truck, and install catwalks, steps, grab handles, compartment filters, running boards, etc. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and adjust parts using end wrenches, power drills, power drives, sander, and other hand tools. + Learn to assemble various accessories, components, and options to the apparatus in a proficient manner with no scrap or rework. + Drill holes for attachments. + Use saw to cut materials to specific lengths and/or enlarge holes. + Apply labels. + Keep track of parts used on each truck. + Install catwalks, steps, grab handles, compartment filters, and running boards. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of hand and power tool experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work over 8 hours a day. **Why Work Here?** Insurance is provided through UMR – a united healthcare company.
