**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to perform mechanical assembly on small parts for conveyor systems. You will use small hand and power tools to assemble frames and rollers based on blueprints and work instructions. Supervisors will provide initial guidance, and as tasks are repetitive, you will soon work independently off of work orders. Some responsibilities may also include sub-assembly, which involves gathering and organizing parts to streamline the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly on small parts for conveyor systems. + Use small hand and power tools for assembly. + Assemble frames and rollers based on blueprints and work instructions. + Work independently off of work orders after initial guidance. + Perform sub-assembly tasks, including gathering and organizing parts. + Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience. + 1+ year of experience with hand/power tools. + Ability to read tape measures and schematics. + Proficiency in using drills, tools, and blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in motor repair is a plus. + General labor and production experience. **Why Work Here?** Our organization boasts a great culture where people get along well.
