Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. You will be responsible for either pulling hardware to build control panels or completing the Electro-Mechanical Assembly of Panels from start to finish. This role requires proficiency in using various hand and power tools and the ability to work from blueprints and schematics.

ResponsibilitiesPull hardware for control panel assembly.Complete Electro-Mechanical Assembly of Panels from start to finish.Utilize various hand and power tools.Work from blueprints and schematics.Follow written and verbal instructions.Ensure effective communication within the team.Essential Skills1+ year of Mechanical Assembly experience (including small part assembly or hand tool usage).Ability to read blueprints and work orders in English.Basic computer navigation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with wiring, cabling, and harnessing.Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.Knowledge of schematics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work on a line with 5-8 other assemblers in a high volume assembly environment, building 100+ units a day, and on some lines, 200+ units. This role is on the 2nd shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The dress code is casual, with no loose clothing and closed-toed shoes required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
