**Job Title: Mechanical Assembly** + Responsibilities include building and assembling large 40-foot tall structural steel housing units, working safely in a small team of 3-6 people, and assembling metal wall panels to a metal frame. + Additional duties include cutting and installing insulation, installing metal sheets and doors, using tape measures and squares for precise assembly, and utilizing prints, drawings, and work instructions. + The role requires working on step stools, ladders, and being on your feet for most of the day. + Some computer use is required to hold measurements to specific tolerances, complete assemblies within goal hours, and maintain a clean work area. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Canton, Ohio. **Work Environment** + Hours: 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) and 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am). Required to work 45-50 hours per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month (roughly 4 hours on Saturday). Double-time offered on Sundays on a voluntary basis.
