Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Requires use of a few simple hand tools.  Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion and is compliant with all company, city, state and federal regulations.

What you will do:​

Ensure product quality standards by building defect-free parts that meet customer deadlines and expectations, while complying with applicable quality system elements.Conduct inspections of parts, including coating, labeling, boxing, and general preparation for shipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.Perform thorough testing of parts and assemblies by connecting them to test equipment, setting controls, observing readings, and identifying malfunctions; document test results in a testing log.Identify and address defects by checking parts for cracks, loose connections, faulty bonds, and assembly issues; route products for rework or salvage and oversee retesting of reworked assemblies.Participate in audits, continuous improvement plans/events, and acquire applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications to enhance performance and meet industry standards.Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications, clean completed assemblies, and verify functionality through fundamental testing procedures to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Develop the ability to interpret blueprints accurately.You'll learn to switch between testing, assembly, rework, and clean-up tasks efficiently.Participation in continuous improvement initiatives reflects the importance of staying adaptable and innovative.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications We Prefer:

We prefer candidates who have a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn and optimize production methods.We prefer candidates with basic proficiency in blueprint reading or a willingness to develop this skill under guidance
