Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. In this integral position, you will assemble parts, pieces and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specifications, processes, and procedures in an area of production in a manufacturing environment. Your contributions will directly impact on our ability to meet production targets, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality products to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to efficiently assemble various mower models. Installing and securing mechanical components, ensuring proper fit and function. Verifying part integrity and completing quality checks at designated points. Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. All other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
A strong mechanical aptitude with previous experience in mechanical assembly. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift & move heavy objects and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment. Detailed work requiring continuous fine motor skills and repetitive motion. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts, often weighing up to 50-75 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large equipment Capacity to work long hours, including the potential for overtime, in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain)What We Offer:
