Design and develop commercial product enclosures, sheet metal components, and electronic packaging using ProE Creo 4.0+ and Windchill.

Job Responsibilities:

Design mechanical parts and assemblies, including sheet metal enclosures, brackets, hinges, support flanges, tubing, panels, doors, dividers, and insulation. Develop 3D harness routing using Creo Schematic and Pro/CABLE and create 2D harness drawings. Lead and assist in new product development design solutions as part of the phase-gate process. Work from engineering instructions, schematics, drawings, and sketches to develop design concepts. Conduct design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance analysis. Prepare engineering documentation, including bills of material (BOMs) and change notices. Manage large assemblies and sub-components with configurable BOMs. Utilize ProE Creo 4.0+ and Windchill for solid and sheet metal modeling.
