Our broad portfolio provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, including injection molding, casting, machining, welding, brazing, glassing, 3D-printing of plastics and metals, and hybrid electrical/mechanical systems. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Applying technical expertise, job experience and sound engineering practices, in the development of innovative products and processes + Making sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to resolve engineering challenges + Leading design and development projects by coordinating team resources and activities, guiding the team through ambiguous situations, and communicating project updates to the larger organization + Collaborating with global, cross-functional, diverse project teams to ensure new designs meet industry standards and customer requirements + Working with manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, sales, quality, and customers to provide guidance on technical matters + Providing continuation engineering support for existing products + Identifying and implement product and process cost reductions and improvements **Who You Are:** You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
