Description

This Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the full product design through completion of the design being released to the manufacturing team. This engineer will work with customers to spec out what they are looking for in their product line and it will be their responsibility to create the product either from scratch or from existing products. They will spend 90% of their time in CAD doing the component and assembly designs and the FEA on the project. When that is completed they will be responsible for seeing the design through manufacturing to the end customer. This engineer will have to have great communication and teamwork to get the project through to completion.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have Requirements:

1. Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology

2. 1-5 years of exp in 3D sheet metal design with a CAD software (SolidEdge preferred).

3. 1+ years of exp in Finite Element Analysis work.

Nice to Have Requirements:

1. Mobile Equipment Manufacturing Expereince

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
