As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Creating Drill Bit Design and manufacturing packages utilizing 3-D modelling and data management systems

Interfacing with Product Line Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and Technology groups to improve product performance and process efficiency

Documenting and sharing lessons learned, with cross functional groups

Supporting Manufacturing with problem solving and issue resolution

Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, and applicable processes for HSE, Quality, Legal Compliance and Cultural pillars

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required

​Experience with 3D CAD system required

1-3 years of experience

Select engineering techniques and utilize analysis tools to solve problems and makes sound design recommendations

Be familiar with mechanical component designs and applied methods

Drive consistent usage of product design standards (and support updates)

May be the lead on engineering projects with some functional supervision
