Our team is responsible for designing and developing precision mechanical and opto\-mechanical hardware in a fast\-paced environment\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptual and detailed mechanical design, tolerance analyses, and trade studies, creating innovative solutions for prototype, production, and test hardware\. CITIZEN \- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering is required\. • Experience with CREO \(Pro/Engineer\) and PTC Windchill is required\. • Experience with creating engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14\.100 is required\. • Basic understanding interpreting and developing GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14\.5 is required\. • Basic Microsoft Office \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint\) skills are required\. • Needs ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance\.
