Job Title: Mechanical Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks. This role involves creating detailed 3D models for manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements, providing technical support during the manufacturing process, and maintaining and updating design documentation.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks.Create detailed 3D models for manufacturing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.Provide technical support during the manufacturing process.Maintain and update design documentation.Essential SkillsProven experience of 2-3+ years as a Mechanical Designer.Proficiency in SolidWorks.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with mechanical design, conveyor systems, machine design, and automation.Background in mechanical engineering.Drafting skills.Work Environment

The majority of the position will be spent in the office with very limited travel to clients and time spent on the manufacturing floor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that manufactures machinery for well-known companies such as Toyota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.50
