Job Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for preparing technical drawings to support the fabrication of FAA-PMA projects from design inception through prototyping to certification. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Engineering, Metrology, and Supply Chain teams to develop technical data and documents. The Mechanical Design Engineer will also work on sustaining design product lines, including revisions and changes as needed.

This role involves working closely with various teams, including Project Engineering, Metrology, and Supply Chain. The work environment includes the use of technologies such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, GD&T, GeoMagic DesignX, and 3D printers. The facility follows standard aviation industry practices and technologies, requiring adherence to industry safety and quality standards.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
