Job Title: Mechanical DrafterJob Description Candidate will be working in the bearing manufacturing industry. Candidate will be required to understand and perform CAD duties (AutoCAD, and SolidWorks) along with being hands-on with various products. Candidate will be expected to complete repair dispositions on new and used customer-supplied bearings and seals. This will be a hybrid role between a drafter and a technician. Hard Skills + 3+ years in a Manufacturing Environment + 3+ years in AutoCAD & SolidWorks (main software) + Experience in 2D/3D modeling + Experience with Hand Tools (precision tools, calibers, high gauges, micrometers) + Experience with reverse engineering + Experience with repair disposition Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Deer Park, Texas. Work Environment Candidate will be working in a 50/50 (office and engineering shop floor area) environment. Each person will have their own workstation on the floor to perform and be successful with the task. The company will provide all necessary PPE needed and reimburse as followed.
