Mechanical Drafter
Job Title: Mechanical Drafter Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Drafter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for mechanical systems and components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: + Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software for mechanical systems and components + Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation + Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to develop and refine mechanical designs + Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations + Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and design changes + Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports + Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes + Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings Requirements: + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical drafting + Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) + Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Effective communication and teamwork abilities + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
